Welcome to Tracey Fletcher Consulting

Tracey Fletcher Consulting has been operating for over 10 years, supporting small
and medium sized organisations, across England, and particularly in London where
we are based. Priority is given to those from or serving Black, and other minority
ethnic communities that might find it difficult to access the quality of support and
expertise needed to help them grow.

I am a highly versatile advisor and senior executive to the voluntary sector, with
decades of experience in successfully helping organisations to create and develop
strategies that fuel their organisational growth.  My experience extends across local,
regional and national charities and social enterprises.

My expertise and personal experience involve solving the type of problems or
challenges that you may currently have and need help with to improve your
organisation's effectiveness such as:
• troubleshooting to deal with issues quickly
• setting up and initial management of projects
• Interim CEO management
• fundraising planning and bid writing
• strategy planning
• strengthening organisational development 
• improving governance.

My successes include effective leadership of organisations including temporary / interim roles; managing and coaching teams, strategy planning extensive fundraising from government, lottery and other sources, leading a £ multi-million housing stock transfer project management and dealing with challenging issues from financial management, staffing, rebuilding partner relationships, project and policy implementation - to name a few!

Experience

• Over 30 years’ experience in the not-for-profit sector as a senior executive
• Extensive Trustee and Chair positions for charities and social enterprises at national, regional and local levels and as a Non-Executive Director for Barts Health NHS Trust
• MA in Management Studies and 1 st Class BA (Hons) Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics
• Level 3 training as a personal coach
• Chartered Institute of Fundraising and Consultants for Good member.
