About Me
I’m Tracey Fletcher.
I work with charities and social enterprises to help them flourish.
From strategy planning to governance reviews, fundraising and coaching, we can work together find solutions to your unique challenges. As a highly versatile advisor and senior executive to the voluntary sector I have 30 years’ experience of successfully helping organisations in their growth.
My experience extends across local, regional and national charities and social enterprises.
It’s hard leading and managing organisations, especially when there is so much to challenge us in the wider environment. I am here to help you with practical solutions and support.
My priority is to support small and medium sized organisations, particularly those from or serving Black, and other minority ethnic communities that might find it difficult to access the quality of support needed to help them grow.

Experience
My successes include extensive fundraising from government, lottery and other sources, managing and coaching teams, strategy planning, leading a £ multi-million housing stock transfer project management and dealing with challenging issues from financial management, COVID-19 planning, staffing, rebuilding partner relationships, media, project and policy implementation – to name a few!
I hold a MA in Management Studies and first class BA (Hons) degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and have completed training as a personal coach. I have held positions of Chair, Vice Chair /Trustee of local and international organisations and social enterprises and as a Non-Executive Director for Barts Health an NHS Trust. I am currently Trustee/Deputy Chair for a grant giving trust.
I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and Consultants for Good.
